Risk,of his essence and meaning in operating management

Abstract:

Zajištění úspěšného rozvoje podniku není snadnou záležitostí. Mnoho faktorů ovlivňuje jeho hospodářské výsledky. Ty mohou být lepší nebo horší. Riziko je neoddělitelnou součástí podnikání. Podnik, respektive podnikatel, na sebe přebírá určité riziko. Práce s rizikem je aspektem podnikatelské strategie. Podnikatelské riziko je možné ovlivnit. Snížit nebo zcela eliminovat. Na problematiku rizika se zaměřuje tato diplomová práce. Ta se dělí na dvě části. V první je objasněn pojem riziko a jeho historie. Dále analýza rizika, identifikace nebezpečí, rozhodovací procesy, kritéria rozhodování, retence rizik, redukce rizika, přesun rizika, diverzifikace a vyhýbání se rizikům. Druhá část pracuje s hypotézou, zda a do jaké míry pracuje konkrétní právní subjekt s rizikem. Předpoklad zní, že ano. Zkoumá se oblast a způsob podnikání, organizační struktury, právní rizika obchodních vztahů. Zjištěná rizika jsou identifikována, analyzována a je zkoumána jejich míra. Je provedena analýza finančních výkazů. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny zjištěné poznatky.

Abstract:

Funding of successful enterprise development is not easy proposition. Many factors influence his economic results. It can be better or worse. Risk is not add-on component part of business. Company; let us say enterpriser is taking on himself definite risk. Work with risk is an aspect of business activity. It is suppose to influence an entrepreneurial risk. To bring down or quite eliminate. This graduation thesis is focused on this problem. It is divided on two parts. In the first is clarified by conception risk and its history. Next risk analysis, identification of danger, decision process, criteria of making decision, risk retention, risk reduction, shift of risk, diversification and shunning risk. The second part works with hypothesis, whether and to what degree works concrete law subject with risk. Premise sounds, that yes. It is investigate area and way of business, organization structures, law risks of business relations. Ascertained risks are identified, analyzed and it is examined their measure. It is designed analyze of financial specifications. At the close are estimated ascertained pieces of knowledge.
