Tailoring on parts produced from modern high-strength steels
Abstract:
Diplomová práce obsahuje metody zpracování středně manganových ocelí. Oceli jsou zpracované pomocí metody press hardening, kdy byly lisovány za vysoké teploty a následně kaleny v nástroji. Změna lokálních vlastností ocelí byla provedena pomocí tailoringu kalící teploty, po které je výsledná struktura ocelí martenziticko austenitická.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with tailoring methods of medium manganese steels. The main parameter to change is the value of intercritical temperature. One method is presented. Tailoring due to the different quenching temperature. The thesis focuses on finding ideal parameters in method of different quenching temperatures.
