Legal Regulation of the Municipal Waste Management
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat současnou právní úpravu nakládání s komunálním odpadem. Dané analýze předcházelo vymezení samotného pojmu „komunální odpad“. Stěžejní část diplomové práce je zaměřena na povinnosti a oprávnění obce v procesu nakládání s komunálním odpadem a na formy úhrad za obcemi zřízený systém nakládání s komunálním odpadem.
Abstract:
The main objektive of my thesis is to analyse legal regulation of municipal waste management. At the beginning I had to define the term of municipal waste. Fundamental part of my thesis is focused on rights and duties of municipal corporation in the process of municipal waste disposal and forms of charges for the system of municipal waste management, established by municipal corporations.
