Abstract:

Práce Kriminalita a justice na ruské vesnici 1900 ? 1914 se zabývá právním systémem Ruska v 19. století. Popisuje a porovnává trestní právo vytvořené státem s vesnickým soudním systémem. Ten vznikl na základě tradic a starého zvykového práva. Navzdory zákazům ze strany státu se udržel až do 20. století a stal se tak fenoménem trestního práva. Práce je protkána skutečnými kriminálními případy, ale i osudy hrdinů kriminálních případů v dobové krásné literatuře.

Abstract:

The paper Rural crime and justice in Russia, 1900 ? 1914 deals with the legal system of Russia in the 19th Century.The work describes and compares the criminal law created by state and village court system. It was based on traditions and old customary law. Despite the prohibitions of the state, it keep up to 20th century and became a phenomenon of criminal law. The work is interwoven with the actual criminal cases, but also fates of the heroes of criminal cases in imaginative literature.
