Application principles of FCP orthosis in patients with lower limbs paresis

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aplikaci FCP ortéz u pacientů s parézami na dolních končetinách. V klinické části jde o obecné zpracování tématu periferních paréz. Je zde popsána anatomie dané lokality, etiopatogeneze a klinický obraz. Dále je zde částečně rozebrána i centrální paréza. Ortotická část bakalářské práce popisuje obecné rozdělení ortéz dolní končetiny se zaměřením na FCP ortézu. Jsou zde zmíněny základní indikace a kontraindikace výše uvedené ortézy. Důraz je kladen na konstrukční specifikaci ortézy vzhledem k typu postižení a funkčnímu požadavku na ortézu, který musí být při výběru komponent ortézy respektován. Praktická část je zaměřena na zpracování kazuistik pacientů používajících KAFO ortézy.U jednoho z pacientů autor této bakalářské práce sám za dohledu zkušenějšího technika vyrobil FCP ortézu a zpracoval výrobní postup, který v této BP představuje.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on application of FCP orthoses for patients with paresis at the lower extremities. Chapter, dealing with clinical issues, concerns the general treatment of the subject peripheral paresis. This part of thesis describes the anatomy of the area, etiopathogenesis and clinical scan. The central paresis is also partially analyzed there. The orthotic part of thesis describes general division of braces and places emphasis on FCP. There are mentioned basic indications and contraindications of this orthosis. Emphasis is placed on the design specification with relation to the type of disability and functional orthosis requirement, which must be respected in choice of the component orthosis. The practical chapter includes casuistries of patients using KAFO orthosis. Author of this thesis has produced the FCP brace in one of the patients and prepared manufacturing process when he represents here.
