Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá dlouhodobou nezaměstnaností a strategiemi, kterých v tomto období lidé bez zaměstnání využívají. Teoretická část je věnována objasnění definic trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti, rizikových skupin a ekonomických a sociálních důsledků provázející stav dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti.
