Mikrosatelity jsou díky svému vysokému polymorfismu, selektivní neutralitě a mendelovské dědičnosti velice vhodným nástrojem pro studium existence i míry genového toku mezi přirozenými subpopulacemi různých druhů organismů. Microsatellites are, due to their high polymorphism, selective neutrality and Mendelian inheritance, a very good instrument for gene flow tracking among natural subpopulations of various species of organisms. This thesis is aimed at the implementation of methodics for rating microsatellites in aquatic invertebrates, namely in freshwater shrimp (Gammarus fossarum).
