Anotace:

In the dynamic and complex market environment, enterprises are faced with diversified risks that affect all aspects and links of corporate operation. The establishment of effective risk management plays an important role in the survival and development of all enterprises. Risk management should be integrated into the overall management and operation of the enterprise to ensure timely risk control. This thesis is mainly divided into two parts. The first part is the theoretical part which introduces the basic content and purpose of risk management. The second part is the practice part, which analyses the current risk management situation of Chinese enterprises and combines Huawei’s risk management to provide feasible strategies for Chinese enterprises to develop their risk management ability.
