Cílem studie bylo prozkoumat změny v lokalizaci imunofluorescence pro CS-56 značené CSPG a pro CSPG versikan a NG2 ve spinálních gangliích intaktního laboratorního potkana a potkana po poranění periferního nervu. Imunohistochemicky značené řezy byly prohlíženy epifluorescenčním mikroskopem (Leica DMLB). Abstract:
The aim of the present study was to investigate an immunofluorescence for CS-56 stained CSPG and for CSPG versican and NG2 in the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons of intact rats as well as DRG after peripheral nerve injury.
