Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá oznámeními hlášenými do systému rychlého varování pro potraviny a krmiva RASFF. Obsahuje analýzu varovných notifikací týkajících se rizikových potravin v roce 2007, 2008 a 2009. Cílem práce je identifikace chemického nebezpečí v těchto potravinách. Je zaměřena na analýzu chemických kontaminantů a jejich možná rizika ohrožující lidské zdraví. Práce je doporučením pro spotřebitele …more
Abstract:
The thesis deals with an announcement reported in the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed called RASFF. It includes analysis of alert notifications related to the risk of food in 2007, 2008 and 2009. The aim is to identify chemical hazards in these foods.
