Bakalářská práce se zabývá etickými kodexy ve veřejné správě se zaměřením na hlavní město Prahu a statutární města, které jsou sídelními městy krajů. Etické kodexy jsou jedním z prostředků, jež mohou zlepšit efektivnost, transparentnost a výkonnost veřejné správy. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on ethical codes in public administration more specifically on the ethical codes of county cities and the capital city of Prague. The purpose of ethical codes is to bring transparency, efficiency, and performance to public administration.
