Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza znalostí pracovního týmu, jejich řízení a motivace a hodnocení profesionálního růstu. První část je zaměřena na teorii managementu znalostí. V praktické části je aplikováno sdílení znalostí technického týmu pomocí již řešených modelových situací, návrh softwarového řešení managementu znalostí a návrh tvorby metodologie měření výsledků.

The goal of the submitted thesis is the analysis of the working team’s knowledge, management and motivation and the evaluation of the professional growth. The first part is concentrated on the theory of the knowledge management.
