Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem a optimalizací analytické metody vhodné pro stanovení vybraných biogenních aminů (putrescinu, histaminu, tyraminu a tryptaminu). V rámci optimalizace a validace metody byla prováděna měření, jak čistých standardů, tak standardů derivatizovaných dansylchloridem. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was selection and optimization of suitable analytical method for analysis of biogenic amines (putrescine, histamine, tyramine and tryptamine). The optimization and validation of this method were made by measurements of pure standards and derivatized standards with dansyl chloride.
