Employee assessment and remuneration in the selected bank

Abstract:

The main aim of the bachelor work is to analyze chosen systems of the personal management in the concrete bank and pursuant to the results of this analyze we bring in the opportunity of their improvement. The theoretical section is focused on conclusions of theoretical knowledge, which are relate to the opportunity of motivation of employees by financial and unfinancial stimulation in elevating of their duty. We discuss how important are the roles of the personal management and we thrash out chosen personal functions , which are valuation and remuneration of employees. The analytical section of the work is oriented toward the methods and practices of valuation and remuneration of employees in the concrete bank. The final section of the work includes suggestions for the use resources of the personal management that can be used more effectively in the department of the valuation and remuneration of employees in the concrete bank.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať vybrané systémy personálneho manažmentu v konkrétnej banke a na základe výsledkov tejto analýzy navrhnúť možnosti ich zlepšenia. V teoretickej časti sumarizujeme teoretické poznatky týkajúce sa možnosti motivácie pracovníkov finančnými a nefinančnými stimulmi pri zvyšovaní ich výkonu. Preberáme dôležitosť funkcií personálneho manažmentu a podrobnejšie rozoberáme vybrané personálne činnosti , ktorými sú hodnotenie a odmeňovanie zamestnancov. Analytická časť práce je venovaná metódam a postupom hodnotenia a odmeňovania pracovníkov v konkrétnej banke. V závere práce navrhneme možnosti efektívnejšieho využívania nástrojov personálneho manažmentu v oblasti hodnotenia a odmeňovania zamestnancov v konkrétnej banke.
