Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem nabývání vlastnického práva. Vlastnické právo lze nabývat originárně nebo derivativně. Z originárních způsobů nabývání vlastnického práva se věnuji přivlastnění a vydržení. Těžiště práce tvoří jeden ze způsobů derivativního nabývání a to nabývání vlastnického práva nemovitých věcí převodem. Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis deals with topic of the acquisition of property rights. The property right may be acquired by originary or derivative way. As to originary property right acquisition methods, I deal with appropriation and prescription.
