Abstract:

Georg, R. Využití mobilních technologií v zákaznických procesech. Disertační práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Disertační práce představuje metodický model implementace mobilních procesů a jejich systematické implementace pomocí mobilních technologií s využitím německého realitního průmyslu jako vzoru. Práce začíná analýzou evolučního procesu informačních technologií a jeho různých důsledků na přístupy ekonomiky, od procesu vzestupu World Wide Web až po integraci umělé inteligence, se zvláštním zaměřením na právní, technické a metodické digitální požadavky nezbytné pro proces digitalizace, zejména v rámci předpisů o ochraně osobních údajů, jako je Obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů. Zkoumají se trendy, které jsou způsobeny mj. dynamikou trhu, který se změnil z trhu orientovaného na prodejce na trh orientovaný na zákazníka a na zkušenost, čímž vznikla změna, která vyžaduje použití aplikací pro řízení vztahů se zákazníky a mobilní aplikace pro zlepšení kontaktů se zákazníky a provozní produktivitu. Zpráva obsahuje hloubkovou analýzu požadavků na informační technologie aplikované v realitním průmyslu spolu s otázkou integrity dat, bezpečnosti a implementace právních předpisů, které by společnosti měly nabízet. Dále jsou aplikovány kvalitativní a kvantitativní metody, které zahrnují kvalitativní analýzu trhu, modelování uživatelských procesů v UML a analýzu pravděpodobnosti pomocí analýzy užitku. Praktická část práce zkoumá původní a vylepšené zákaznické procesy v realitních společnostech, aby ilustrovala, jak mohou mobilní aplikace zvýšit produktivitu a spokojenost zákazníků. Zahrnuje průzkum zaměstnanců podílejících se na zavádění aplikací a hodnotí vliv mobilních technologií na provozní použitelnost a řízení vztahů se zákazníky. Na závěr je poukázano na potenciál mobilních technologií revolucionizovat zákaznické procesy v realitním průmyslu. Tyto závěry navíc poskytují oblasti rozvoje pro vědu, praxi a pedagogiku.

Georg, R. Use of mobile technologies in customer processes. Brno: Mendel University, 2024. The dissertation presents a methodological model that shows how mobile processes can be systematically implemented using mobile technologies using the German real estate industry as a pattern. The work begins with an analysis of the evolutionary process of information technology and its different consequences on the approaches of the economy, from the process of the rise of the World Wide Web to the integration of artificial intelligence, with a special focus on legal, technical, and methodological digital requirements necessary for the digitalization process, especially under the mandatory obligation of data protection regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation. Trends are examined that are caused, among other things, by the dynamics of the market, which has changed from a selleroriented to a customer-centric and experience-oriented market, creating a change that requires the use of customer relationship management applications and mobile applications to improve customer contacts and operational productivity. The report contains an in-depth analysis of the requirements for information technologies applied in the real estate industry along with the question of data integrity, security and the implementation of legal regulations that companies should offer. Furthermore, qualitative, and quantitative methods are applied, which include the qualitative market analysis, the modelling of user processes in UML and the probability analysis using the utility analysis. The practical part of the work examines original and improved customer processes in real estate companies to illustrate how mobile applications can increase productivity and customer’s satisfaction. It includes a survey of employees involved in the introduction of applications and assesses the impact of mobile technologies on operational usability and customer relationship management. The dissertation concludes with conclusions from this study that enable the potential of mobile technologies to revolutionise customer processes in the property industry. In addition, these conclusions provide areas of development for science, practice and training
