Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou právní úpravou odměny za práci a analýzou systému odměňování v daném podniku. Práce charakterizuje základní principy odměňování zaměstnanců, vymezuje jejich současnou právní úpravu a historický vývoj v České republice. The bachelor thesis deals with the rules of remuneration and analysis of remuneration in the company. The thesis describes the basic principles of the remuneration of employees, define their current legal situation and historical development in the Czech Republic.
