Předmětem bakalářské práce je soudnictví ve věcech mládeže a trestné činy páchané na mládeži. Nejprve se budu zabývat pojmem trestné činnosti obecně, poté soudnictvím ve věcech mládeže z historického pohledu, současnou úpravou a příčinami páchání trestné činnosti dětmi. The main theme of my thesis is judicatory in case sof juvenils and criminal acts, which are committed on juvenils. Firstly I am going to deal with the term criminal aktivity in general, then judicatory in case sof juvenils from a historici perspective, achal regulativ and reasons for committing crimes by children.
