Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zmenou právnej formy obchodnej spoločnosti, jej cieľom je poukázať na tento inštitút v obchodnom práve. Zmena právnej formy je jednou so zmien obchodných spoločností, pri čom sa mení len právna forma a obchodná spoločnosť touto zmenou nezaniká.
