Innovation of the organizational structure of a company

Anotace:

Diplomová práce se zabývá inovací vybrané části organizační struktury podniku Daikin Device Czech Republic, s. r. o. V úvodní části práce autor definuje teoretická východiska, která jsou vstupní branou pro část analytickou. Získané poznatky z první, teoretické části autor použil při analýze současného stavu organizační struktury vybrané části, kde v závěru po provedení SWOT analýzy souhrnem získaných dat dává podnět pro návrhovou část. Návrhy a doporučení ve třetí části práce vycházejí z provozní situace firmy Daikin Device Czech Republic, s. r. o. Výstupem jsou implementované návrhy s číselným vyjádřením ekonomického dopadu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the innovation of the selected part of organizational structure of the company Daikin Device Czech Republic s.r.o. In the thesis introductory part the author defines the theoretical starting points which are the input gate for the analytical part. The acquired knowledge from the first theoretical part was used by the author to analyze the current state of the organizational structure of the selected part, where at the SWOT analysis conclusion the summary of the obtained data gives the impulse for the design part. The suggestions and recommendations are based on the operational situation of Daikin Device Czech Republic s.r.o. in the third part. The outputs are the implemented proposals with the numerical expressions of the economic impact.
