Novostavba pasivního domu v CHKO České středohoří

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu v CHKO České středohoří v obci Březiny u Děčína. Novostavba rodinného domu musí splňovat požadavky na výstavbu v CHKO a nabízet pasivní standart bydlení. Práce obsahuje konstrukční a architektonickou studii pro konkrétní pozemek. Dokumentaci je ve stupni pro stavební povolení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes the design of the house in the PLA Czech Central Mountains in the village Březiny near Děčín. New house must meet the requirements for the construction of the PLA and offer passive house standard of living. Thesis contains the design and architectural study for a specific plot. Documentation is for level the building permit stage.
