Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění stavu odměňování ve vybrané společnosti a následný návrh na zlepšení současného stavu odměňování. V teoretické části jsou popsány formy mezd, hodnocení, odměňování a motivaci zaměstnanců, charakteristika podniku. The aim of the thesis is to determine the status of remuneration to the elite and the subsequent proposal to improve the current state of remuneration. The theoretical part describes the form of wages, evaluation, compensation, and employee motivation, characteristics of the enterprise.
