New Trends in the Development of Genetically Modified Foods and Raw Materials
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá novými trendy ve vývoji geneticky modifikovaných potravin a surovin. Jsou zde v hlavní řadě popsány systémy genetické editace s konkrétními příklady nových geneticky modifikovaných potravin. Také jsou v práci charakterizovány geneticky modifikované organismy a jejich přípava a v neposlední řadě jsou zde vymezeny legislativní předpisy související s touto problematikou.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with trends in the development of genetically modified foods and raw materials. There are described genetic modification systems with specific examples of new genetically modified foods. Also there are characterized genetically modified organisms and their preparation. Finally, the work defines the legislative regulations related.
