Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl upozornit na význam výtvarného umění v životě českého hudebního skladatele Leoše Janáčka. Nastiňuje jeho život, poukazuje na důležitost inspiračních zdrojů a programních prvků v jeho dílech, a poté se podrobněji zaměřuje na výtvarné umění.
