Diplomová práca sa zaoberá ocenením vybraného podniku, s využitím metódy DCF (dis-kontovaných peňažných tokov). Práca zobrazuje postup stanovenia hodnoty podniku, ktorý obsahuje rôzne analýzy a určenia generátorov hodnoty spoločnosti, ktoré v závere vedú k stanoveniu hľadanej hodnoty. The master's thesis is focused on the valuation of the selected company by using the Dis-counted Cash Flow model. The thesis includes the process of estimation of the value of selected company where several analysis were performed to determine value generators of the company.
