Bakalářská práce se zabývá prodejem mléka a mléčných výrobků prostřednictvím bezobalových obchodů. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat ekonomický potenciál maloobchodního prodeje mléčných výrobků bezobalovým způsobem. The bachelor's thesis deals with the sale of milk and dairy products through non-packaging stores. Its main aim is to identify the economic potential of dairy products' retail sales in a non-packaging way.
