1. Zjistit, zda všeobecné sestry znají zásady správné komunikace s geriatrickými pacienty.2. Odhalit komunikační bariéry všeobecných sester při komunikaci s geriatrickými pacienty.3. Zmapovat, zda mají všeobecné sestry zájem se v oblasti komunikace vzdělávat.
