Abstract:

Bakalářské práce "Založení nové pobočky kliniky reprodukční medicíny" se ve své teoretické části zabývá právními aspekty založení jak akciové společnosti, tak především založení nestátního zdravotnického zařízení. Dále také specifiky, které přináší podnikání ve zdravotnictví a především jeho financování. Pojednává o podnikatelském plánu a jeho náležitostech, které jsou pro úspěšné podnikání ne jen ve zdravotnictví velice důležité. Především je důležité zmínit využití SWOT analýzy a také Porterovy analýzy pětifaktorového modelu. Nezbytnou část tvoří marketingová strategie, která je nedílnou součástí již zmíněného podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části bakalářské práce je nutné zmínit zaměření jak na schválení žádostí institucí jako jsou například Státní úřad pro kontrolu léčiv, Krajský úřad Olomouc, Krajská hygienická stanice a Ministerstvo zdravotnictví České republiky tak na vizi, cíl a poslání kliniky reprodukční medicíny. Nedílnou součásti je také rozsah nabízených služeb klientům zmíněného zařízení, na který navazuje cenová politika a distribuční politika, byť není využívána v takové míře jako u společností jiných s vyložené hmatatelným produktem. Za zmínku stojí personální strategie daného pracoviště, a to v jakém počtu je klinika reprodukční medicíny schopna fungovat, aby zajistila klientům špičkovou péči a zajistila také optimální pracovní podmínky pro odborníky z řad lékařů, laborantů a sester. V neposlední řadě se bakalářská práce zabývá opět SWOT analýzou, která je již cíleně zaměřena na zdravotnické zařízení a formulaci finančního plánu na konkrétní období fungování kliniky reprodukční medicíny.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Establishment of a new Subsidiary of the Reproductive Medicine Clinic" deals with the legal aspects of establishing both a joint-stock company and mainly the establishment of a non-state medical institution. Furthermore, there are specifics that business in health care brings up and, above all, its funding. It deals with the business plan and its requirements, which are very important for a successful business not only in healthcare. Above all, it is important to mention the use of SWOT analysis as well as Porter's analysis of the five-factor model. N The necessary part consists of a marketing strategy, which is an integral part of the aforementioned business plan. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis it is necessary to mention the focus not only on the approval of the requests of institutions such as the State Office for Drug Control, the Regional Office of Olomouc, the Regional Hygiene Station and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic but also on the vision, goal, and mission of the Department of Reproductive Medicine. Another integral part is also the range of services offered to the clients of the above mentioned facility, followed by pricing policy and distribution policy, although it is not used to the extent that the companies with tangible products have used. It is worth mentioning the personal staffing strategy of the workplace, especially the number of employes the reproductive medicine clinic able to work in order to provide the clients with top care and also to ensure the optimum working conditions for doctors, lab technicians and nurses. Last but not least, the Bachelor's thesis deals again with the SWOT analysis, which is already focused on the medical facility and the formulation of the financial plan for a specific period of operation of the department of reproductive medicine.
