Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá právními prostředky ochrany životního prostředí při těžbě uhlí. Po vymezení základních pojmů jsou rozebrány právní předpisy na ochranu životního prostředí. Nejprve průřezové zákony, kterými jsou stavební zákon, zákon o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí a zákon o integrované prevenci. The diploma thesis deals with the legal resources to protect the environment during coal mining. After establishment of the basic concept dealt with in the legislation on protection of the environment.
