Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku zániku závazků jinými způsoby než splněním v právním řádu České republiky. Úvodní kapitola se věnuje závazkům a jejich zániku v Římském právu, které tvoří základ kontinentální právní kultury. The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of termination of obligations in other ways than fulfillment in the legal order of the Czech Republic. The opening chapter deals with the obligations and their extinction in Roman law, which form the basis of continental legal culture.
