Group health exercise in the context of preventive physiotherapy
Abstract:
Cílem práce je připravit kurz zdravotního cvičení pro skupinu probandů dospělého věku s funkčními potížemi pohybového systému a zhodnotit efektivitu daného kurzu prostřednictvím anketního šetření a videoanalýzy praktického cvičení.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to prepare a health exercise course for a group of adult probands with functional problems of the locomotor system and to evaluate the effectiveness of the given course through a survey and video analysis of the practical exercise.
