The labor market in the services sector in Prague and Central Bohemia

Abstract:

Abstrakt Ve své bakalářské práci pojednávám o sektoru služeb, jmenovitě o trhu práce v tomto odvětví a to na území hlavního města Prahy a dále Středočeského kraje. Sektor služeb v České republice je jedním z nejmladších odvětví a z tohoto důvodu poskytuje široké pole pro zkoumání a analýzu, i vzhledem k tomu, že oproti ostatním odvětvím není prozkoumané na srovnatelné úrovni. Přitom sektor služeb je nejvíce na vzestupu, svým růstem přímoúměrný vyspělosti a aktuálnímu ekonomickému vývoji té které země či regionu. Svou roli hraje i z hlediska politiky zaměstnanosti a to nejen vytvářením pracovních míst v rámci nových profesí souvisejících se sektorem služeb, ale i z hlediska uplatnění pracovníků z těch oborů, které oproti sektoru služeb nejsou na vzestupu, ale je možné pozorovat jejich dlouhodobý úpadek a tím pádem i propouštění. Jako důkaz tohoto tvrzení je možné konstatovat, že v zemích hospodářsky vyspělých připadá velká míra zaměstnanosti právě na sektor služeb v porovnání s dalšími zeměmi. Tato souvztažnost je patrná v porovnání ekonomik, které jsou založeny zejména na agrární výrobě. Zde bývá počet pracovních míst vytvářených v rámci sektoru služeb na výrazně nižším stupni v porovnání s ostaními odvětvími. Pro výzkum jsou zajímavým materiálem i změny, které sektor služeb provází. V neposlední řadě sektor služeb poskytuje široké možnosti uplatnění absolventům středního a vyššího stupně vzdělávání, např. ve finančním sektoru nachází uplatnění velké množství jak specialistů na vyšších úrovních, tak ale i běžných provozních pracovníků.

Abstract:

Abstract In my thesis discusses the service sector, namely the labor market in this sector and the capital city of Prague and Central Bohemia. The services sector in the Czech Republic is one of the youngest and therefore provides a wide field of research and analysis, as well as due to the fact that compared to other sectors is explored at a comparable level. In doing so, the service sector is the most growing, their growth and maturity are directly proportional to the current economic development of a country or region. Plays a role in terms of employment and not just creating jobs in the new professions related to the services sector, but also in terms of employability of workers from those sectors that compared to the services sector are on the rise, but it is possible to observe the long-term decline and thus redundancies. As proof of this assertion can be stated that in economically developed countries account for a large employment rate of just the service sector compared with other countries. This correlation is evident in comparing economies that are mainly based on agricultural production. Here is the number of jobs created within the services sector at a significantly lower degree compared to other sectors. Research is also interesting material changes that accompany the service sector. Finally, the service sector provides a wide range of applications for graduates of secondary and higher education level, such as in the financial sector is to use a large number of specialists at higher levels, as well as normal operating staff.
