The diploma thesis captures process analysis and creation of process models for an organization which is helping disabled people. Liga vozíčkářů includes several social services. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou procesov a tvorbou procesných modelov organizácie, ktorá sa venuje pomoci zdravotne postihnutým ľuďom. Organizácia Liga vozíčkářů zastrešuje niekoľko sociálnych služieb, ktorých procesy som v práci analyzovala, modelovala a nakoniec identifikovala tie, ktoré v súčasnom informačnom systéme organizácie nemajú dostatočnú podporu.
