Monitoring of populations of Mediterranean Slant -faced Grasshopper and Green-winged Grasshopper in the region of Bzenec

Anotácia:

Práce se zabývá monitoringem saranče uherské (Acrida ungarica) a saranče zelenokřídlé (Oedaleus decorus) v oblasti Bzenecka. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice Hodonínského bioregionu a okolí Bzence z hlediska přírodních poměrů. Dále obsahuje popis podřádu saranče (Caelifera) a popis lokality a ploch s výskytem sarančí, na kterých byl prováděn terénní výzkum. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky terénního výzkumu, tj. monitoringu populací v sezónách 2015 a 2016.

Abstract:

The work deals with monitoring of Mediterranean Slant -faced Grasshopper (Acrida ungarica) and of Green-winged Grasshopper (Oedaleus decorus) in Bzenec environs. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the bioregion of Hodonín and surroundings of Bzenec in terms of natural conditions. It also contains a description of the suborder grasshopper (Caelifera) and description of the locality and sites with grasshopper’s occurrence where the field research was conducted. The practical part summarizes the results of field research, i.e. monitoring of the populations in seasons 2015 and 2016.
