Insulation of valuable historic buildings

Abstract:

V této práci se řeší snížení energetické náročnosti vybrané památkově hodnotné stavby. Tohoto stavu se docílí sanací spodní stavby zdiva a obnovenou vodorovnou hidroizolací, a následným vnitřním zateplením. Dále k tomu pomůže výměna oken a dveří, provede se i rekonstrukce střechy z důvodu propadlých částí a zatékaní do konstrukce. Všechny tyto kroky budou odůvodněny a popsány. Tato práce bude doplněna o detaily a výpočet součinitele prostupu tepla, pro správné splnění požadavků příslušné normy. Cílem práce je provést takový návrh na snížení energetické náročnosti, aby to vyhovovalo orgánům památkové péče, a i majiteli samotnému. Vybraným objektem je budova rodinného stavení nacházející se na Dačicku. Mnou použité metody jsou metoda pozorování, vlastního navržení detailů zateplení a sanačních opatření. Výsledkem je návrh zateplení, kterým se dokáže, že i částečně historicky cenná stavba se dá zrekonstruovat tak, aby byla dobrá pro pobyt lidí a svůj vzhled zachovala i pro několik dalších desetiletí.

Abstract:

In this work addresses the reduction of energy intensity selected historically valuable buildings. This state is achieved remediation substructure masonry and horizontal renewed hidroizolací, and subsequent internal insulation. Furthermore, to help replacing windows and doors, as well as renovations done to the roof because of the sunken parts and leaking into the structure. All these steps will be justified and described. This work will be complemented by details and calculate the heat transfer coefficient for the proper fulfillment of the requirements of the relevant standards. The aim is to make such a proposal to reduce the energy intensity to suit the monument preservation authorities, and even the owner himself. The selected object is a building of family houses located in the town Dačice. I've used method is the method of observation, custom design details, insulation and remedial actions. The result is a proposal insulation, which proves that even some historically valuable building can be reconstructed so that was good for a stay of people and their appearance maintained for several decades.
