Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá okamžitým zrušením pracovního poměru, a to jak zaměstnancem, tak zaměstnavatelem. Podrobně rozebírá jednotlivé důvody, z jakých mohou strany pracovního vztahu pracovní poměr okamžitě zrušit. It analyzes in detail the individual reasons for which participants in an employment relationship can immediately cancel the employment relationship.
