Tato práce se zabývá charakteristikou správy cla v České republice po vstupu do Evropské unie. Práce je zaměřena především na správu cla ve funkčním pojetí. This paper describes the management of custom duties in the Czech Republic after it joined the European Union in 2004. Work is focused primarily on administrative duties in the functional sense.
