Spatial planning of hydric reclamation of the lake Most

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá územním plánováním hydrické rekultivace jezera Most. Součástí této bakalářské práce je podrobný popis a historie území, na kterém se hydrická rekultivace projektovala. V historickém oddílu jsou nastíněny majetkové poměry, které toto území provázely. Nedílnou součástí mé práce je i podrobný popis samotné hydrické rekultivace a ostatních rekultivací, které tuto změnu území provázely. Hlavní téma této bakalářské práce se zabývá územním plánem, současnými majetkovými poměry a změnou územního plánu města Most, která je v současné době ve fázi projednávání, jejíž změna se dotkne území spojené s jezerem Most. Další nezbytnou součástí této bakalářské práce jsou i použité kvalitativní metody za pomoci online dotazníku. Provedeným výzkumem jsem dokázala lépe zjistit, jak si obyvatelé města Most představují budoucnost území této hydrické rekultivace. Výsledkem této práce je, že většina místních obyvatel vidí budoucnost jezera Most v rekreačním a volnočasovém zařízení. Na základě takto zjištěných údajů se v poslední části mé práce věnuji některým vizím spjatým s jezerem Most

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with spatial planning of the water resource reclamation of Lake Most. Part of this bachelor thesis is a detailed description and history of the area on which the water resource reclamation was designed. In the historical section the ownership situation that prevailed in this area is outlined. An integral part of my thesis is a detailed description of the reclamation itself and of other reclamations that accompanied this change of the area. The main topic of this thesis deals with the spatial plan, the current ownership situation and the change of the town plan of Most, which is currently in a negotiation phase, the change of which will affect the area connected with Lake Most. Another essential part of this bachelor thesis focuses on the qualitative methods applied using an online questionnaire. Through the survey, I have been able to better understand how the inhabitants of Most imagine the future of the area of this reclamation. The result of this work is that most of the locals see the future of Lake Most as a recreational and leisure facility. The final part of my thesis focuses on some ideas associated with Lake Most, based on the data I have collected.
