Svařování obtížně svařitelných materiálů s využitím technické keramiky

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem a kategorizací jednotlivých technologií svařování obtížně svařitelných materiálů a technické keramiky. Jsou zde srovnávána technologická hlediska obou kategorií, jak speciální keramiky, tak svařování metodou TIG. Analýza vybraného tématu hodnotí nejen kvalitu speciální keramiky, která se používá při svařování obtížně svařitelných materiálů, ale také kvalitu svařenců, které byly vyrobeny metodou TIG a to vše v podmínkách malých firem. Ovšem prvotní představa, že v podmínkách menších firem, lze vyrobit vše a za nižší cenu, je milná. Postupem času se sice zjednodušily technologické procesy výroby speciální keramiky i zařízení na svařování, tyto následně pozitivně ovlivnily i ekonomické hledisko, ale stále je zde prodleva a to poměrně velká, mezi sériovou výrobou velkých, finančně zajištěných firem, které jsou mnohdy dotované státem a výrobou v podmínkách malých firem nebo živnostníků. Díky tomuto zjištění musím konstatovat, že obé mohu využít ve větší míře pouze v opravách již stávajících výrobků, případně pouze v kusové nebo malosériové výrobě. Docházím k závěru, že právě ekonomické hledisko je v současné době jedním z největších překážek. Toto ovlivňuje, a to rozsáhle, právě výzkum a vývoj jak technické keramiky, tak cenu nových technologií, které jsou potřeba k efektivnějšímu svařování, právě v podmínkách menších firem.

Abstract:

Achelor thesis deals with description and categorizationof individual technologies of welding of hard-to-weld materials and technical ceramics. There are compared the technological and economic aspects of both categories, both special ceramics and TIG welding. The analysis of the selected topic evaluates not only the quality of special ceramics used in the welding of difficult to weld materials, but also the quality of TIG weldments, all in the conditions of a small company. But the initial notion that in the conditions of smaller companies, it can be done all at a lower price, but it is wrong. Over time, the technological processes of the production of special ceramics and welding equipment have been simplified, which has also positively influenced the economic aspect, but there is still a considerable delay between the mass production of large, financially secured firms, often subsidized by the state and production under conditions small businesses or tradesmen. I have to say that I can use both of them to a greater extent only in repairs of already existing products or only in piece or small-lot production. I come to the conclusion that the economic point of view is currently one of the biggest obstacles. This influences, in large part, the research and development of both technical ceramics and the cost of new technologies that are needed for more efficient welding in the conditions of smaller companies.
