Analyzing the Depiction of Ukrainians in Contemporary Russian Cinema
Abstract:
This thesis examines the representation of Ukrainians in contemporary Russian cinema by analyzing portrayals of Ukrainians in selected cinema and television productions, focusing on the rhetorical frames and discourse applied. The research examines these representations within the broader social, political, and historical, analyzing films and television series as mediums of propaganda.
