Jako téma mé diplomové práce jsem zvolila Kolektivní smlouvu a její obsah. V mé práci jsem se věnovala historickému vývoji tohoto tématu, formám a změnám, které přinesl vstup České republiky do Evropské Unie. Popsala jsem jednotlivé subjekty, které vystupují v kolektivním vyjednávání a vymezila jejich práva a povinnosti.
