Synthesis and study of the properties of BODIPY molecular probes
Abstract:
Cílem této práce byla syntéza BODIPY fluorescenčních senzorů na vicinální diolové sloučeniny, fluoridový anion a proton. V průběhu této práce byla upravena syntéza popsaných sloučenin, které byly testovány jako potenciální senzory na fluorid, vicinální dioly a proton. Byla ověřena použitelnost připravených látek jako „on-off“ senzorů na pH prostředí.
Abstract:
Main aim of this study was syntesis of diol, fluoride, proton fluorescent sensors. Reaction condition for syntesis of potential sensors were design. Some of these compounds were succesfully tested as on-off pH sensors.
