Bakalářská práce se zabývá převodem podílu ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. Popisuje práva a povinnosti, které jsou s podílem ve společnosti spojeny. Rozebírá jednotlivé typy převodu podílu a zároveň je také doplňuje o možná omezující ustanovení, která mohou vyplývat ze zákona nebo společenské smlouvy. This bachelor thesis deals with the transfer of a share in a limited liability company. It describes the rights and obligations that are associated with a share in a company. It analyses the different types of transfer of a share and is also complemented by other restrictive provisions that may arise from the law or articles of association.
