Phosphorus in human nutrition

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Fosfor ve výživě člověka“ se zabývá problematikou fosforu v lidské stravě a jeho vlivu na zdraví. V teoretické části lze najít základní informace týkající se úlohy fosforu v lidském těle, metabolismu tohoto prvku, nejčastějších poruch metabolismu, které se v populaci vyskytují a jejich léčby. Další část se zabývá fosforem obsaženým ve stravě nejen přirozeně, ale i ve formě přídatných látek. Praktická část obsahuje tři kazuistiky, které popisují pacienty s rizikem vysokého přívodu fosforu ve stravě. Jejich součástí jsou záznamy stravy zhodnocené nejen z pohledu fosforu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Phosphorus in human nutrition" is focused on phosphorus in the human diet and its effect on health. The theoretical part describes the basic information about the role of phosphorus in human body, the metabolism of this element, the most common metabolic disorders that can occur in the population and their treatment. The next part deals with the phosphorus contained in the diet not only naturally, but also in the form of additives. The practical part contains casuistries of three patients at risk for high intake of phosphorus in their diet. Part of the casuistries are also reports that evaluate their diet not just in term of phosphorus.
