Teoretická část diplomové práce pojednává o příčinách, průběhu i důsledcích stárnutí kůže. Problematiku doplňuje přehled topicky využívaných biologicky aktivních látek, které mohou pozitivně ovlivňovat mechanismus stárnutí. This issue is supplemented by an overview of topically used biologically active substances that can positively influence the skin aging mechanism.
