Abstract:

Teoretická část Diplomové práce je nezbytný základ k pochopení principů Hodnotového řetězce a Konkurenční výhody organizace. V dnešním světě, který je stále víc a víc globalizován jsou tyto analýzy nezbytné pro pochopení zdrojů hodnot zákazníka, konkurenčních výhod a také průmyslovém odvětví ve kterém firmy nabízí své produkty nebo služby a umožní firmám minimalizovat riziko selhání. Diplomová práceje zaměřena na obě analýzy a definování a vysvětlení jejich principů z více úhlů pohledu, které jsou doplněny příklady z praxe. Praktická část je pevně propojena s teoretickou částí a dává si za cíl čtenářům přiblížit použití obou analýz v praxi na příkladu firem, které dodávají víno do české gastronomie. Tyto firmy jsou hlavně malé a střední velikosti. Praktická část také přináší příklad dánské firmy ze stejného segmentu, která ale funguje na jiných princech, jako kontrast k principům, které firmy používají v České Republice. Diplomová práce pracuje s hypotézou: Uvažují malé a střední firmy o obou analýzách vážně?

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the Diploma Thesis is a necessary background required to understand principles of Value Chain and Competitive Advantage of an Organization. Today’s globalizing competition pressures organization to think about their sources of value, advantages and their industry itself in order not to go bankrupt but succeed. The Thesis is focused on either analysis to define and explain the principles from a few different viewpoints followed by illustrations from practice. Practical part is closely tied with theoretical part and provides readers with practical use of both analyses in an example of wine distribution industry in the Czech Republic where mainly small and mid-sized business operate. The domestic market is then given a contrast of Danish wine distribution company. The Diploma Thesis proves or disapproves the Thesis Statement: Are small and mid-sized firms serious about either analysis?
