Smyslem této práce je zpracovat ucelený pohled na problematiku na obchod s lidmi a trestnou činnost s tím související. Přiblížit jeho vývoj v České republice a problémy, které v praxi boj proti němu přináší. Je nepochybné, že obchod s lidmi úzce souvisí s organizovaným zločinem jako takovým. The purpose of this work is to elaborate a comprehensive view of the issue of trafficking in human beings and related criminal activities.
