Abstract:

Přestavba zámku v Náměšti nad Oslavou na letní prezidentské sídlo v letech 1946 - 1948 Zámek v Náměšti nad Oslavou, který vlastnil šlechtický rod Haugwitzů, byl zkonfiskován na základě dekretu Edvarda Beneše z června 1945 a následně byl vybrán jako místo pro pobyt hlavy státu při cestách na Moravu. Obnova zámeckého komplexu, proponovaná do čtyř etap, byla zahájena v roce 1946, ale vlivem politických událostí v roce 1948, spojených s rezignací na reprezentativní účel památky, nebyla dokončena. Z československých prezidentů pobýval na zámku pouze Edvard Beneš, a to v červenci 1946 a v červnu 1947. I přes tyto skutečnosti se jedná o jednu z nejrozsáhlejších poválečných obnov památkového objektu. Jednotlivé, pečlivě naplánované etapy konfrontujeme se skutečně provedenými pracemi, které jsou podrobně zaznamenány především v dokumentech stavební správy pro přestavbu náměšťského zámku. Naši pozornost rovněž zaměříme k nerealizovaným zakázkám na vytvoření soudobých uměleckých děl, která měla upozorňovat na reprezentativní náplň budovy. Jednalo se o výzdobu stropu audienčního sálu v západním křídle budovy a o zřízení nové kašny na hlavním zámeckém nádvoří. Dále se věnujeme pozici a problémům památkové péče v českých zemích v tomto období a daným regulativům Státního památkového úřadu v Brně k předmětné adaptaci. Zabýváme se i činností Národní kulturní komise ve vztahu k náměšťskému zámku, a s tím související záležitosti správy a užívání bývalého náměšťského velkostatku. Otázkám adaptace náměšťského zámku na letní prezidentské sídlo na Moravě byla dosud věnována v odborné literatuře minimální pozornost, rovněž stávající regionální literatura se tohoto tématu dotýká pouze okrajově. Kupříkladu kromě autora přestavby architekta Otokara Oplatka jsou další jména účastníků adaptace náměšťského zámku zcela opomíjena, přestože se bez nadsázky jednalo o přední architekty, historiky umění, památkáře a umělce tehdejší doby. Dosud nedošlo k adekvátnímu zhodnocení této přestavby, přičemž jednou z možných příčin tohoto stavu byla osoba demokratického prezidenta a snaha totalitního režimu o potlačení či negaci informací o adaptaci spojených se jménem Edvarda Beneše. Zájem badatelů po listopadu 1989 o toto téma je marginální. Neznalost této problematiky, přestože k úpravám došlo v poměrně nedávné době, je markantní především u těch záležitostí, které nebyly z různých důvodů nakonec realizovány. Je žádoucí si tyto věci připomenout a přispět tak k poznání adaptace náměšťského zámku na letní prezidentské sídlo v celém rozsahu a významu.

Abstract:

Conversion of the castle in Náměšť nad Oslavou to a presidential summer seat in the years 1946 - 1948 The castle in Náměšť nad Oslavou, which was owned by the aristocratic family of Haugwitzs, was confiscated on the basis of the decree of Edvard Beneš from June 1945 and consequently selected as a seat for the head of the state during his ways to Moravia. The restoration of the castle complex, proposed in four phases, started in the year 1946. However, due to political events in the year 1948, connected with resignation on impressive purpose of the monument, it was not finished. The only one Czechoslovak president who stayed at the castle was Edvard Beneš and that was in July 1946 and June 1947. Despite these facts it is one of the most extensive post-war restorations of a listed structure. Each carefully planned phase is compared with actually executed works, which are recorded in details especially in documents of building supervision for the alteration of the castle in Náměšť nad Oslavou. We will also focus our attention to non-executed contracts for creation of contemporary works of art which were supposed to draw attention to impressive purpose of the building. These were a decoration of the ceiling in the audience hall in the western wing of the building and creation of a new fountain in the main castle courtyard. Further, we address position and problems of monument preservation in Bohemian lands in this period and given regulations of the National Monument Institution in Brno for the objective alteration. We also deal with activities of the National Cultural Heritage Commission concerning the castle in Náměšť nad Oslavou and related arrangements of management and utilization of the former manor of Náměšť. In special literature there has been only minimal attention given to questions of conversion of the castle of Náměšť to a presidential summer seat in Moravia. Also current regional literature covers this issue only marginally. For example, except the author of the conversion, Otokar Oplatek, names of other participants of the alteration of the castle of Náměšť are totally marginalized, even though they were certainly notable architects, art historians, conservationists and artists of that time. There has not been an adequate valuation of this alteration so far. One of the possible reasons of this situation was the person of a democratic president and tendency of the totalitarian regime to extinguish or negate information on the alteration connected to the name of Edvard Beneš. Interest in this theme of researchers after November 1989 is marginal. Ignorance of this issue, even though there has been an improvement quite recently, is striking, especially of the arrangements which were not executed by different reasons. It is desirable to remind these matters and in that way contribute to the knowledge of the conversion of the castle in Náměšť nad Oslavou to a presidential summer seat in all its range and significance.
