Communication and interaction between teachers and students in secondary vocational school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komunikaci a interakci mezi učiteli a žáky na střední odborné škole. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Hlav-ním cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je nejprve definovat komunikaci a vše, co s ní souvisí. Konkrétněji se zabývá pedagogickou komunikací, pravidly a aktéry komunikace, interakcí a také komunikací mezi učiteli a žáky v době pandemie CO-VID- 19. Teoretická část využívá metodu analýzy literatury a jejího porovnání s různými odbornými teoriemi. Hlavním cílem praktické části této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak probíhala výuka a hodnocení žáků v době pandemie COVID -19. Také jak probíhala komunikace mezi učiteli a žáky během pandemie. Explorativní šetření je prováděno prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Respondenty jsou studenti druhého a třetího ročníku dvou vybraných oborů vzdělání na střední škole v Brně. Získaná data jsou zaznamenána do tabulek a následně graficky znázorněna v grafech. Z výsledků budou vyvozeny závěry.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on communication and interaction between teachers and students in a vocational secondary school. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The main aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is first to define communication and everything related to it. More specifically, it deals with pedagogical communication, rules and actors of communication, interaction, and also communication between teachers and students in the time of the COVID- 19 pandemic. The theoretical part uses the method of analyzing the literature and comparing it with different professional theories. The main objective of the practical part of this bachelor thesis is to find out how teaching and assessment of students took place during the pandemic COVID -19. Also, how communication between teachers and students took place during the pandemic. The exploratory investigation is conducted through a questionnaire survey. The respondents are second and third year students of two selected fields of education at a secondary school in Brno. The data that are obtained are recorded in tables and then graphically represented in charts. Conclusions will be drawn from the results.
