V práci se věnuji problematice brownfieldů na příkladu areálu Svit Zlín a jeho začlenění do života města. Zaměřuji se především na analýzu vnímání prostoru z pohledu jednotlivých aktérů ze soukromého i veřejného sektoru, kteří tvoří nedílnou složku při revitalizaci areálu. This Bachelor’s thesis deals with brownfields with a special emphasis on the former Svit industrial park in Zlín, the Czech Republic, and its integration into the present-day town activities. It predominantly analyzes how this area is perceived through the eyes of the chief representatives of both public and private sector, as they actively participate in shaping its future.
